Café All Rounder Job Description

Ferguson Plarre Bakehouses is seeking dedicated team members to fill the role of café all-rounders.

  • Our ideal candidate will be a friendly and approachable individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service.
  • They should also be motivated to learn new skills and techniques, with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
  • A smart and tidy appearance is essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • The successful applicant will have previous experience in food handling and hygiene, as well as cash handling and coffee making skills (desirable).

Duties:

You will be responsible for:

  • Receiving orders and serving guest requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintaining product knowledge, including seasonal and promotional campaigns.
  • Keeping the store clean, tidy, and well-prepared at all times.
  • Providing excellent customer service by answering queries in a polite and helpful manner.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, applicants must be available to work Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm, with a minimum of three days per week. They must also be able to commit to a rotating roster and hold a valid work authorization for Australia.
