Job Title: Café/Kitchen Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Café/Kitchen Specialist to join our team at Eden Academy. The successful candidate will have previous experience in café or barista roles and be able to commit to a range of shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and presenting high-quality food and beverages
  • Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene and maintenance of the kitchen area
  • Managing and ordering stock and supplies
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
  • Completing all kitchen paperwork requirements

Requirements:

  • Previous and recent café and barista experience
  • A current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
  • Hold a Food Safety Supervisor and Food Handling Certificate
  • Experience as a Canteen Manager at a school or busy sporting centre
  • The right to work in Australia
