Barista/All Rounder

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Barista/All Rounder to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Job Description

As a Barista/All Rounder, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and serving high-quality espresso coffee and other beverages
  • Delivering friendly, efficient, and professional customer service
  • Taking orders, handling the POS system, and assisting with table service as needed
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy front-of-house area, including restocking supplies and equipment as required
  • Supporting the team with general café duties, including basic food preparation and cleaning tasks
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Confident barista skills, gained through experience in a fast-paced café setting
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
