Digital Media Strategist

This is an exciting opportunity to join Amazon as a Digital Media Manager, working on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. As a member of the Marketing & Prime team, you will be part of a dynamic and rapidly growing organization.

Amazon's CBD office in AU offers a convenient location with easy access to transportation options. Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with campaign owners to define media strategy, target audience, budgets, and optimal assets/formats for creative development.
  • Evaluate clear objectives with robust measurement in place to assess performance.
  • Develop innovative, effective, and holistic media strategies and tactics.
  • Manage end-to-end execution, including campaign setup, trafficking, tracking, links, etc.
  • Monitor and analyze key media metrics and optimize in real-time to maximize impact.
  • Deliver post-campaign reporting with detailed dashboards, learnings, and insights.
  • Create a robust learning agenda to drive step-change improvements in performance over time.
  • Raise purchase orders, manage budgets, and report.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns.
  • Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).
  • Experience in audience segmentation and targeting.
  • Experience with a range of digital media buying tools and platforms like The Trade Desk, DV360, and paid social platforms.
