About the Opportunity


We are seeking an experienced Medical Educator to join our team and support the delivery of a high-quality nationally consistent GP training program. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the GP Training Program Management team to achieve the best outcomes for registrars and supervisors.


Job Description


The role involves providing registrar support, education, and training site support. You will also provide supervisor support and education, as well as Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultural and health training. We are looking for someone who has highly developed communication and interpersonal skills and can work effectively within a team environment.


Required Skills and Qualifications


To thrive in this role, you will need to have experience working as a GP in a General Practice environment. Ideally, you will have medical education experience, particularly in small group teaching, development of educational content for programs, and performance assessment. Demonstrated initiative, conceptual and analytical thinking, and attention to detail are essential.
