We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Grocery Team Member to join our team at Woolworths. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment, and supporting our store operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment, including restocking shelves, cleaning floors, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Support store operations, including receiving and processing stock, operating cash registers, and maintaining accurate records.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store goals and objectives.
