Grocery Shop Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Grocery Shop Supervisor to lead our fine foods team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a proven track record of maintaining high stock levels and store presentation.
The Role:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our grocery department
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate competitive prices
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate ordering
- Implement policies and procedures to maintain store presentation and cleanliness
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a grocery management role
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
