About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned project manager with expertise in leading large complex ICT application development projects following agile principles and 'scrum' methods. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills to support and maintain a high-performing culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direction and supervision of developers, business analysts, testers, data engineers, business SMEs, solution architects, and other project resources.
  • Manage the delivery of all project areas (including scope, schedule, resources, risks, and issues, quality, and benefits) to ensure successful delivery of products within project constraints.
  • Proactively identify and manage technical risks and issues.
  • Proactively manage dependencies, including risk assessment and contingency plans.
  • Contribute to agile/delivery/project management practices.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated success and experience managing large complex ICT application development projects following agile principles and 'scrum' methods (min 5 years exp).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills to support and maintain a high-performing culture.
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and manage project risks, and troubleshoot project issues.

This role offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will have opportunities to work with a talented team, contribute to innovative projects, and develop your skills and knowledge.
