Key Qualifications and Skills

  • A formal HR qualification or equivalent
  • Demonstrated professional HR experience
  • Strong prioritisation, time management, and communication skills
  • Able to build strong relationships with staff and stakeholders
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Video Conferencing, and HR management tools
