Job Description:

Seeking a qualified and compassionate Chaplain to provide spiritual care and support to residents, their families, staff, and volunteers at our retirement villages. As a member of our community team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment that fosters personal well-being and connection among our residents.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the emotional and spiritual needs of older adults and have experience in delivering person-centred chaplaincy services. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement initiatives that promote holistic care and support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualifications in chaplaincy/pastoral care or equivalent theological qualifications
  • Ability to demonstrate high Christian spiritual maturity and pastoral heart
  • Active involvement in a local Christian Church with recommendation
  • Chaplaincy or pastoral care experience
  • Current 'Working with Children Check'
