The Role

Highly organised and proactive individuals manage high volumes of crew, staff, contractor, and passenger travel bookings, ensuring operational efficiency during disruptions while supporting financial processes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Crew Travel Coordinator: Coordinate and manage duty travel bookings for employees, contractors, and corporate stakeholders.
  • Travel Arrangement Communication: Communicate travel arrangements effectively and handle changes promptly.
  • Financial Data Reconciliation: Reconcile travel data and expenses accurately, supporting financial efficiency.
  • Operational Event Response: Respond efficiently to operational events during crew disruptions.
  • Departmental Support: Support departmental projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Allowance Officer Support: Assist with Allowance Officer functions, including reporting, auditing, and data reconciliation.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with service providers to secure competitive rates and accommodation options.
The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive, and has a strong analytical mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently as well as within a diverse team.

Necessary Skills:
  • Experience in high-volume travel bookings and operational coordination.
  • Advanced Excel and multi-platform system skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • A strong customer focus and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks efficiently.
