Tax Technical Training Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Technical Training Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax technical training, with experience in developing and delivering training programs for large teams. They will be responsible for overseeing the creation, delivery and continuous optimisation of tax technical training across the organisation.
The role will involve working closely with senior leaders, Learning and Development professionals and subject matter experts to ensure that training is timely, relevant and meets the needs of our clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the development and delivery of tax technical training programs, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives.
- Manage the national technical training schedule and budget, ensuring training is delivered on time and within budget.
- Curate and manage a knowledge library to ensure easy access to contemporary training tools for tax team members.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a Chartered Accounting ('Big Four' or Mid-Tier National Firm) background with comparable technical and training experience. You will also need to have a passion for Learning and Development and a desire to work in a rewarding career development pathway away from client-facing work.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong background in tax technical training.
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs for large teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This position can be based from one of our offices in Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney. Please note that this role may involve some interstate travel to our other offices across Australia, up to 2 times per office a year.
