About the RoleThis position is an excellent opportunity for new or recent veterinary graduates to gain practical experience in a broad range of medical, surgical, and emergency cases. As part of our rural veterinary support program, you will have access to mentorship, training, and career development opportunities within our clinic and across our network.
Key Responsibilities- Work as a full-time veterinarian with a 4-day week and flexible rostering
- Participate in after-hours shared by all vets and another Apiam clinic
- Contribute to a supportive team dynamic with wide skill sets amongst existing veterinarians
- Benefit from consult times blocked out for further workup, research, notes, and patient follow-up care
A generous salary package including a base salary of $75,000 per annum, plus superannuation. You will also receive on-call pay and 50% of professional fees. Additionally, relocation assistance is provided, and you can benefit from student debt reduction benefits of up to $68,000 over 4 years.
