Key Role: Client Support Specialist

We are seeking a talented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Support Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people and providing excellent support.

Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues related to our products and services
- Onboard new clients and ensure they have a smooth transition into our system
- Stay up-to-date with emerging product features and provide training and support as needed
- Document customer interactions and issues in our support management system
- Participate in product improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new features
- Create and update product documentation and media to enhance the client experience
- Conduct client webinars and product demonstrations to showcase our solutions
- Participate in product testing and quality assurance processes
