Job Title: Principal Site Engineer

This role requires a strong understanding of codes and regulations, interpreting plans, designing storm water facilities, site grading and local state permitting for land disturbance.

  • Work alongside project managers to lead the design execution process.
  • Directs and delegates technical team members to ensure quality project deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives in accordance with established metrics.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field, 10+ years professional experience in site/civil design, and Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide technical expertise in site/civil design, hydrology/hydraulics, erosion and sedimentation control, and stormwater management.
  • To lead the planning and scheduling of key resources on Land Development design projects to deliver flawlessly executed projects.
