Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team. As an electrical maintenance technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.

  • Main responsibilities include conducting routine inspections, performing scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical issues in a timely manner.
  • You will also be responsible for maintaining a working knowledge of all task instructions and procedures, ensuring that they are consistently followed when carrying out maintenance tasks.
  • In addition, you will commission and decommission equipment and machinery, as well as complete administrative processing requirements associated with maintenance duties.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An Australian Recognised Electrical Trade Qualification
  • A Valid A-Grade Electrical License
  • Instrumentation experience is highly desirable
  • Experience working with Allen Bradley PLC's is highly desirable
  • A valid manual C Class driver's license
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • High Voltage Switching certification (Desirable)
  • Working at heights and EWP tickets
  • Crane, dogging &/or forklift ticket also highly desirable

Role Details

This is a permanent full-time opportunity with an 8 days on, 6 days off roster. Relocation assistance may be available if required. Bus transportation is offered to and from site daily.
