Administrative Legal Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven legal professional to manage inbound enquiries from potential clients, support existing clients with their matters, and onboard new clients into the firm.

This is a unique opportunity for you to gain exposure to the inner workings of a commercial law firm, learn about what it takes to make a law practice successful, and develop skills in client relationship building, team management, and document review.

In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with our lawyers, supporting them directly with matters, and leading the quarterly recruitment of new interns and onboarding them to the practice.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be confident on the phone and in person, have an eye for detail, and be an active listener.
