Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Broker Assistant/Lending Associate. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative and diverse environment.

As a Broker Assistant/Lending Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our brokers and ensuring the smooth processing of mortgage applications. You will provide administrative support to our team, including client communication, document preparation, and application processing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Mandarin , also with excellent English communication skills

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the mortgage or financial services industry

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

  • Proficiency in using mortgage lending software and various office productivity tools

  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring the accuracy and completeness of loan documentation

  • A customer-centric approach and the ability to provide a high level of service to both brokers and clients
