Job Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Mortgage Operations team, where you will be responsible for processing loan drawdowns, completing transactions and preparing settlement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process loan drawdowns for settlements and complete transactions efficiently.
- Prepare settlement activities with attention to detail and solid judgment.
- Collaborate with the division to drive strategic plans and influence real change in delivering our Vision, Goals, and Service Promise.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Previous banking experience and understanding of the mortgage business.
- Exceptional customer service skills with attention to detail and solid judgment.
- Excellent communication experience, both written and oral.
- Proven experience in delivering high standards of customer service within agreed service levels in a high-volume environment.
