Contract Administrator:
Infracon Australia have been engaged by a Perth Building Contractor to source a Contract Administrator for their growing D&C business. This role comes with a lot of autonomy and responsibility and is a genuine career path of progression.
About:
They are a reputable Tier 3 Contractor with over 20 staff and are an up and coming, progressive commercial building head contractor who has just secured another D&C project for a blue chip client.
The Projects:
Their collaborative team work on projects between $10 – 70m with 80% of their work being Design & Construct for repeat clients. Their focus is on new build retail, industrial and commercial sectors.

About you:
To be considered for this Contract Administrator opportunity you MUST meet the following minimum criteria:
- Degree in Construction Management & Economics, Engineering or Quantity Surveying
- 3 - 12 years' as a CA in commercial building recently
- Project experience $5 – 70m
- D&C experience advantageous
- The right to work in Australia
