Business Systems Professional Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our organization in Sydney, AU. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and driving adoption of our most critical systems to ensure business success in the near and long term.


About the Role

This is a mid-level Business Systems Analyst role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise systems and solutions at manufacturing companies, preferably in the Aerospace & Defense industry.


Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the deployment and adoption of Oracle Fusion, internal and 3rd-Party apps in our ecosystem to enable our new Operating Model.
  • Support, design, develop, and implement E2E Oracle Fusion solutions that meet the business requirements of the organization.
  • Collaborate with business partners to understand business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.

What You'll Do
