Digital Marketing Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic marketing team in a Digital Marketing Specialist position.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual who can plan, create, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns to drive key metrics. The successful candidate will have exposure to customers at home and abroad.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing the annual marketing plan, including budget, communication strategies, and initiatives to meet business goals. You will also manage lead generation campaigns, search engine optimisation, and digital aspects of physical promotions.

Key skills and qualifications required include experience delivering digital marketing projects from start to finish, confidence using platforms like Marketo, WordPress, DAM libraries, and Adobe Commerce. You should also have a working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and be able to create polished PowerPoint presentations.

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator who can manage stakeholders effectively to build strong relationships. They will be detail-oriented, flexible, with excellent time management skills to ensure they stay one step ahead.

About the role:

  • Develop the annual marketing plan, including budget, communication strategies, and initiatives to meet business goals.

  • Run digital campaigns, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and adjust activities to achieve the marketing plan's objectives.

  • Manage lead generation campaigns, search engine optimisation, and digital aspects of physical promotions.

  • Operate and manage key marketing technology tools (eg. Marketo, Kadanza, Adobe Commerce) to improve their use in the business, including maintaining data, managing campaigns, supporting improvements, and reporting insights.

  • Create marketing material including SEO-optimised blogs, advertisements, and other digital content, working with internal teams.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement events like customer training, tradeshows, and online meetings, ensuring KPIs are defined, tracked, and measured.
