We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team.

This is a 12-month fixed term contract role where you will be responsible for creating, publishing and managing digital campaigns for our clients across various digital channels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Create high-quality campaigns that minimize error rates and optimize results
  • Conduct daily optimization checks to monitor ad performance throughout the campaign duration
  • Ensure brand consistency and understanding of client requirements through collaboration

You will work closely with our team to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients. A strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks and work independently are essential qualities for this role.

To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to assess the effectiveness of processes and procedures and recommend improvements
  • Paid digital advertising experience (ie. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google)
  • Previous experience in real estate industry in a similar role
