As a seasoned event professional, you will be responsible for orchestrating unforgettable experiences that leave a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The Four Pillars Experience: Organise and manage unique events such as Gin Making and Cocktail Workshops, Bi-Monthly Local Dinners, distillery tours, large table bookings, and private tasting experiences.
  • Function Event Planning & Coordination: From intimate gatherings to grand celebrations, you'll oversee every detail to ensure our events are nothing short of spectacular.
  • Client Relations: Build and nurture strong relationships with our clients, making their dreams come true with your exceptional service.
  • Budget Management: Keep events on track and within financial guidelines, showcasing your savvy financial skills.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of event staff, ensuring smooth operations and stellar customer service.
  • Compliance: Ensure all events meet relevant regulations and safety standards.
  • Business Development: Identify and seize new business opportunities to grow our functions and events portfolio.
  • Market Research: Stay ahead of the curve by identifying trends and opportunities in the events industry.
  • Networking: Build and maintain a network of industry contacts to generate leads and partnerships.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Proposal Writing: Craft compelling proposals that showcase the unique offerings of our establishment.
