Job Title

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Educator to join our team. As an Educator, you will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging learning environment for children in Outside School Hours Care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver daily quality activities that are safe, fun, stimulating, and carry educational value.
  • Supervise and support children at all times.
  • Prepare and serve healthy food options.
  • Create an engaging and happy environment for children.
  • Build meaningful relationships with colleagues, children, families, school leaders, and the community.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An engaging and warm personality.
  • A strong focus on child safety and appreciation for mandatory reporting.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Certificate III or higher in Children's Services, Early Childhood, or School Aged care (or studying towards).
  • Working with Children Check (willing to obtain).
  • First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management Training (or willing to obtain).
  • Child Protection Training Certificate.
