Job Title: Patient Bookings Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Patient Bookings Coordinator at our Radiation Oncology Centre in Brisbane. In this position, you will play a vital link between patients and clinical staff, ensuring seamless communication and effective management of patient bookings.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Key responsibilities will include scheduling and confirming patient treatments, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely manner, and collaborating with internal and external support staff to optimize patient services.

Key Responsibilities:
