Business Analyst Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements, translating customer needs into actionable solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

About the Role

This is a key role within our organization, reporting directly to the Integration Technology Lead. The Business Analyst will play a crucial part in driving business outcomes by analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing recommendations to improve business processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document business requirements through use cases, user stories, and system specifications
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
  • Develop recommendations to improve business processes and increase efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification and subsequent experience
  • At least 5 years of functional experience in integration projects as a business analyst or similar role
  • Extensive knowledge of application development methodologies and professional business analysis techniques
  • Well-developed skills in standard office toolsets, including word processors, spreadsheets, drawing tools, presentation tools, and project management software
