Senior Business Analyst - SAP SCM
Analysis & Systems Expertise

My client, a market leader in their industry, is undergoing a significant enterprise-wide SAP transformation and is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive the analysis and design of end-to-end processes within SCM, SD, MM, and Warehousing modules.
This is a high-impact role requiring deep functional knowledge of SAP and a strong grasp of business process optimisation, stakeholder engagement, and systems delivery.

• What You'll Be Doing:

  • Engage with business units to capture and document functional requirements across SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM), Sales & Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), and Warehouse Management (WM/EWM)
  • Lead process mapping and gap analysis for system enhancements, upgrades, and new functionality
  • Translate complex business requirements into detailed functional specifications and work closely with Solution Architects and Developers to design scalable SAP solutions
  • Conduct impact analysis and support testing, change management, and deployment activities
  • Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and agile ceremonies to support continuous delivery
  • Work with external vendors and internal technical teams to ensure solution integrity and alignment with architectural standards

• What You Bring:
  • 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst working in SAP environments (preferably S/4HANA)
  • Deep functional knowledge of SAP modules, including: SCM, SD, MM, WM/EWM
  • Demonstrated experience in end-to-end project delivery within supply chain or logistics-heavy industries
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, and business analysis frameworks (e.g. BABOK)
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and documentation skills (e.g. process flows, use cases, functional specs)
  • Proficiency with tools such as Visio, Excel, SharePoint, and JIRA or similar platforms
  • Bonus: Experience in wholesale, e-commerce, or systems integration projects
