Job Title

An Educational Leader is required to join our team at Virginia Outside School Hours Care.

  • Lead the development and implementation of the educational program by promoting children's well-being, development and learning.
  • Ensure a high quality of care, activities and educational elements are provided to those in the program.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • A Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent qualification.
  • Sound experience in an Early Childhood Education and Care setting.
  • Comprehensive working knowledge of the approved learning framework.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor others.
