Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Field Services Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and monitoring road safety systems across the Greater Melbourne region.

This is a highly mobile role that requires technical problem-solving in software and networking, often working at heights and outdoors across diverse environments.

The ideal candidate will have experience in installing, configuring, troubleshooting complex hardware and software systems in the field and analyzing log files.

They should also have a strong understanding of network configuration (LAN/WAN), cabling, and equipment installs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience with bespoke or in-house technology systems an advantage
  • Accreditation in Working at Heights and Elevated Work Platform preferred
  • Construction Safety Card preferred
  • A full, unrestricted, valid Australian Driver's Licence required
