
Administrative Support Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team in the Adelaide CBD and surrounding suburbs.
The role will involve providing administrative support to a team of professionals, including reception management, clerical tasks, and general business support.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Reception management and greeting visitors
- Managing the team shared inbox and responding to emails
- Booking appointments and managing diaries
- Verifying documents and coding invoices
- Electronic filing and database management
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and external clients
The ideal candidate will have a background in Reception, General Administration, Customer Service, or Executive Support and hold a current Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance.
