At White Fox Boutique, we're on the lookout for a skilled Fashion Design Coordinator to join our Sydney-based team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years' experience in a similar role within the fast fashion industry, with a tertiary education in Design being essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Design Developer in setting up tech packs following handovers from the design team
  • Requesting strike-offs, lab dips, knit downs, and print placement requests with factories
  • Maintaining print strike-off trackers and communicating updates with the design team
  • Assisting Garment Technicians with measuring photoshoot samples
  • Managing incoming samples and DHL parcel tracking daily
  • Approving lab dips, strike-offs, and trims
  • Maintaining sample racks, print strike-off racks, and fabric drawers in an organized manner
  • Assisting Garment Technicians with QC checking for bulk production in the warehouse

Requirements:

  • A passion for design and style
  • General knowledge of garment construction and application of fabrications and trims to design
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • General skills in Google Sheets/Excel
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • A strong communicator who can clearly convey information and ideas in a focused, appropriate, and effective manner
  • Ability to manage a high workload and work to tight deadlines
  • Strong Communicator-ability to form relationships across the business
