With a strong presence in Sydney, Australia, the company has established itself as a leading online fashion destination. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the design team and contributing to the company's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the design team in setting up tech packs, ensuring seamless communication with factories and vendors.
  • Coordinate print strike-off requests, lab dips, knit downs, and sample management to meet production deadlines.
  • Collaborate with garment technicians to measure photoshoot samples and ensure accuracy in quality control checks.
  • Manage daily sample intake, DHL parcel tracking, and maintain organized sample racks, print strike-off racks, and fabric drawers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the fast fashion industry.
  • Tertiary education in Design is essential, coupled with a passion for design and style.
  • Strong understanding of garment construction, application of fabrications, and trims to design.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Strong communicator, able to effectively convey information and ideas.

Estimated Salary: AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
