Job Title: Vineyard Operator

As a Vineyard Operator, you will be responsible for conducting tractor and machinery operations, including pruning, harvesting, spraying, mowing, mulching, trimming, and leaf plucking. You will also manage irrigation operations and perform maintenance tasks.

The successful applicant will take pride in their work, be motivated to learn new skills, and be part of a positive team culture. They will have a good eye for detail, be safety-focused, and have a reliable and engaged attitude.

  • Conduct tractor and machinery operations, including pruning, harvesting, spraying, mowing, mulching, trimming, and leaf plucking
  • Manage irrigation operations and perform maintenance tasks
  • Engage in hands-on vineyard work such as training and trellising to ensure the highest quality standards

Successful applicants will be able to perform manual handling work, hold a full unrestricted driver's license, and have vineyard operator experience which is beneficial but not necessary.
