Senior Event Operations Manager

This senior role is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of conference and events operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
About the Role:As a key member of our team, you will be accountable for delivering exceptional conferencing and events experiences for our guests. You will lead operational activities across all functions within the hotel or venue, develop accurate statistical records and reporting, and cultivate a sales culture to maximize up-selling and on-selling techniques.
