Information Management Cadet Opportunity

This cadet role is ideal for students looking to gain hands-on experience in records management, digitalization, and customer service.

Job Description

The Information Management Cadet will provide support to the Records and Information Management team, assisting with daily operations, maintaining secure records, and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.

The cadet will also be involved in digitization and disposal programs, providing administrative support, and delivering excellent customer service through helpdesk and phone enquiries.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Enrolled and working towards completing tertiary qualifications in information management or an equivalent field;
  • Demonstrated high standard of English skills including verbal, written, reading and comprehension of documents;
  • Time management and organisational skills;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information;
  • Excellent customer service skills;
  • Quality management of own work;
  • Ability to work in a team environment;
  • Typing and computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office software and email;
