Property Project Manager Role

We are seeking a Property Project Manager to lead diverse portfolios of projects, including property development, infrastructure works, and office relocations.

The ideal candidate will have certifications in project management, business management or related discipline, with a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in property development. They should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as flexibility to handle changing priorities and evolving project requirements.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery, overseeing multiple projects from planning through to completion.
  • Coordinate planning, design, and construction activities, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and legislation.
  • Plan and execute office relocations, including logistics, space planning, communication, and minimising business disruption.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement by building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Implement effective governance and risk management by establishing governance forums, identify risks and issues, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Lead change management initiatives in managing the people, process, and service impacts of projects, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruption.
  • Manage budgets and reporting, monitor project expenditure, provide accurate financial and progress reporting, and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
