Job Title: Talent Engagement Specialist
Job Description:The organization seeks a seasoned talent engagement specialist to lead initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Partnering with senior leaders to drive employee experience programs that strengthen performance, engagement, and inclusion.
- Designing, delivering, and evaluating people experience initiatives across culture, leadership development, recognition, employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion, as well as change management.
- Providing strategic advice and influencing stakeholders while preparing proposals for executive consideration.
- Managing external networks, service providers, and industry relationships.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in organizational development, culture, and engagement, along with associated change management.
- Program design and project management expertise, strong analytical capabilities, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A track record of success in complex and fast-paced environments.
Candidates should possess a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field. Change management accreditation is highly regarded.
Working closely with business leaders to ensure strategies evolve to reflect market trends and emerging practices.
