Job Overview

A mid-to-senior level accounting professional is sought after to join our team in a Property Accountant role.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in property companies, agencies or owners, and/or as a Property Accountant from retail, office or industrial assets.

About the Role
  • Month end reporting
  • Outgoing calculations and reporting
  • Reconciliation of financial data
  • Liaising with stakeholders and asset management teams

This position involves working closely with the Financial Controller to improve processes and deliver high-quality results.

Skill Requirements
  • Strong accounting knowledge and skills
  • Experience with financial reporting and analysis
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
