About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Drafter to join our team in Canberra. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for drafting and designing building structures using Revit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed building designs and drawings
  • Liaise with engineers and architects to ensure seamless project coordination
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of construction methods and techniques to ensure high-quality designs
  • Manage project correspondence and documentation through various platforms
  • Communicate project information to project leaders and teams
  • Implement and monitor quality assurance processes
  • Effectively manage time to meet project deadlines
About You
  • Relevant TAFE qualifications and/or relevant experience
  • At least 3-4 years' experience (including apprenticeship if applicable)
  • Working knowledge of Revit
  • General understanding of BCA and relevant Australian Standards
  • Ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
