Insurance Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Executive to play a key role in the growth and maintenance of our client base.
This dynamic opportunity will see you delivering seamless, compliant, and high-quality service to clients, while supporting business development through program design and opportunity identification.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating risk placements and managing documentation throughout the policy lifecycle
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and market representatives
Key competencies for this role include:
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Strong client-facing and customer-focused communication skills
- Good IT and organisational skills
- Ability to perform effectively under tight deadlines
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Tier 1 qualifications (AU)
- At least 2 years' experience in the insurance industry
