Senior Leadership Position in Aged Care

As a seasoned leader, you will accept accountability and responsibility, make informed decisions, participate constructively with your teams, meet deadlines and remain calm and cooperative under pressure.

Proven clinical leadership and governance are essential for overseeing the management, coordination, delivery and monitoring of client support services to meet all current legislative requirements.

This influential position requires leading and managing the delivery of Aged Care, Community Services and Mental Health Services to clients across the southeast region.

The ideal candidate will be willing and motivated to take ownership of staff and client challenges to see them resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
