Lead Venue Operations Manager

Pursue a challenging role as Lead Venue Operator, overseeing multiple sites in Sydney. Deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive team performance, and maintain operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a Positive Work Environment by leading by example and inspiring your team to achieve their best
  • Ensure seamless operations, high customer satisfaction, and energised teams through effective communication and collaboration
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency across all venues
  • Oversee inventory, stock, and metrics across multiple venues, ensuring accurate reporting and data-driven decision making
  • Develop and support a motivated team through training, guidance, and coaching, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
  • Manage key performance indicators including labour costs, COGs, and overall venue performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance results

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of achieving KPIs and driving team results
  • Strong skills in roster management using systems beyond Excel, with ability to adapt to new technologies and processes
  • Collaborative leader who excels at building and motivating high-performing teams, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Organised, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement, with ability to pivot quickly in response to changing priorities and circumstances
