Portfolio Manager Support Role

This is a part-time role, working Tuesday to Friday (32 hours/week), providing high-level administrative and personal support to senior divisional leaders.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, with a strong commitment to excellence in patient care. They will bring energy and drive to their work and have a keen interest in developing their skillset.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing PA support to senior divisional managers
- Coordinating meetings, correspondence, and documentation
- Managing medical leave processes and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting HR and finance functions including training compliance and invoice processing
- Contributing to team culture and continuous improvement initiatives
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven administrative experience, ideally in a healthcare setting
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
