Job Title: Community Development OfficerJob Description:

As a Community Development Officer, you will work with young people, residents, and local stakeholders to build resilience, create opportunities, and bring life back into communities impacted by floods.

  • Support communities to recover and access necessary networks and services.
  • Collaborate with residents to design and deliver impactful events and initiatives.

About You:

Experience in community development, youth work, or social sciences is essential. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, a genuine understanding of regional and Aboriginal community challenges post-floods, and the ability to connect people with services and inspire hope through practical solutions.
