Community Development Coordinator

Main Responsibilities of this Position- Administer Occupancy Agreements with support from Tenancy Management Leads.
- Arrange viewings, sign-up processes for new occupants, and conduct regular inspections of individual pods.
- Collaborate with the Communities Team to refer occupants to suitable support providers.
- Effectively manage allocated resources and targets to maximize income and minimize arrears or occupant debt.
- Maintain accurate resident records in CRM or other tenant management systems.
- Timely resolve occupant queries, concerns, and complaints.
- E nsure compliance with NSW Reconstruction Authority and Homes NSW requirements regarding maintenance standards and timeliness.
- Monitor and support residents with higher needs, referring them to other relevant services as necessary.
- Minimize vacancy turnaround times through information sharing and coordination of refurbishment works.
- Assist residents with applications for social housing, income support, or other relevant services.
