You have the opportunity to work with some of Australia's leading organisations and CFOs to help them reimagine their finance function.

As a member of our high-performing team, you will be helping clients improve performance, efficiency, and resilience across the finance lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about problem-solving, enjoys working in collaborative environments, and wants to make a measurable impact through finance transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver impactful finance transformation projects by supporting assessments, process mapping, operating model design, and business case development across core finance functions such as Record-to-Report, FP&A, and Procure-to-Pay.
  • Enable digital finance solutions through hands-on involvement in system implementations and initiatives involving RPA, AI, and finance data strategy, working closely with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Engage with stakeholders and contribute to growth by presenting insights and recommendations, supporting business development efforts, and participating in knowledge-sharing and continuous learning initiatives.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years' experience in finance, consulting, or transformation roles within professional services or industry, with a strong understanding of finance processes such as P2P, R2R, FP&A, and costing.
  • Hands-on experience with finance system implementations (e.g., SAP, Microsoft, Blackline, Tagetik) and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI or other analytics tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and time management skills, with the ability to work independently or in teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A finance-related degree
  • Qualifications such as CA, CPA or progress toward preferred
