**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide administrative and analytical support to the Collection Coordinator.
  • Assist in research, credit analysis, and special projects as required.
  • Analyse financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant data to assess creditworthiness.
  • Support the preparation of loan documentation, including credit proposals and loan agreements.
  • Ensure that all necessary documents are collected, verified, and in compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
  • Liaise with the Sales, Account Management team, and other department heads to ensure smooth coordination of credit approvals.

**Requirements:**

  • 2+ years of experience in debt collection.
  • Experience working with Xero (desirable).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Experience in the digital marketing industry (desirable).
