**Customer Success Coordinator Role Overview**

This position is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the successful implementation of our MineStar technology products.

Reporting to the Technology Operations Support Manager, the Customer Coordinator will be accountable for providing a complete customer care experience in regards to WesTrac service, repair, and general service provision queries.

The Customer Coordinator will be the single point of contact between the customer and the Technology Team, responsible for coordinating the scope, scheduling, pricing, and invoicing of work required.

The role includes opening work orders, ordering parts, tracking parts, cost control, customer interactions, invoicing (including policy, rework, warranty, and post-sale credits), and invoice dispute resolution.

To achieve this, the coordinator must investigate customer needs thoroughly and provide solutions that add value to both the customer and WesTrac, ensuring customer relationship longevity.

The role requires:

  1. Experience with work order management systems
  2. Demonstrated customer service skills
  3. Highly developed communication skills (interpersonal, written, and verbal)
  4. Advanced stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to establish and maintain successful working relationships
  5. Intermediate computer literacy skills (including Microsoft Office)
  6. Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills to enable effective resolution of issues within the workplace and/or customer disputes
