Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Technology Systems Specialist. In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in planning, coordinating, and supporting the deployment of mining technology systems to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate the deployment of mining technology systems to clients in the mining industry.
  • Work with suppliers to design and procure non-standard bracketry and installation components.
  • Install mining technology systems on heavy mining equipment, maintaining an OEM level of quality.
  • Commission and QA mobile mining technology systems.
  • Provide hardware and system upkeep training to customers.
  • Provision new customers, including onboard software installation, and project documentation.
  • Diagnose reported issues and accurately manage database records with resolution reporting.
Requirements:
  • A trade qualification in light vehicle mechanics, automotive electrical, electronics, or communications technician.
  • A strong understanding of networking protocols and technologies (WAN, LAN & Wireless).
  • The ability to supervise project hardware installations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
